Sorry, we do not offer express creation and/or shipping. If you include a note about needing the item ASAP well will attempt to ship sooner, however delivery dates are never guaranteed.

Custom sawn items currently take around 5-10 business days to make and ship. Other in stock items may ship sooner. Shipping transit time will take an additional 2-6 business days and occasionally longer around the holidays. There is an option to upgrade shipping at checkout.

As will all of our items, return any item for a full refund for any reason, even personalized items! Simply contact us within 30 days and mail it back. The full refund policy can be found here

Your boxes should be kept inside. They can be occasionally wiped down with a furniture cleaner or polish but shouldn't take any special care.

Although uncommon, packages can be delayed for several weeks (especially during December). Each order is examined on a case by case basis. If it is obvious that the package will not be delivered then your order will be eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
